Required settings to allow Senflow through your school's firewall

Domain Whitelist

Add these domains to your firewall whitelist:

Primary Domain
senflow.co.uk
Subdomains
*.senflow.co.uk

Port Configuration

Ensure these ports are open:

Port 443 (HTTPS) - Required
Port 80 (HTTP) - Redirect only

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Solutions for common access problems

Issue: "Site blocked" or "Access denied"

Solution: Add senflow.co.uk to your firewall's whitelist. Check if your firewall has a "Custom" or "Uncategorized" category that needs to be allowed.

Issue: SSL/TLS errors

Solution: Ensure your firewall allows SSL inspection or add an exception for senflow.co.uk. Check that your system's date/time is correct.

Issue: Slow loading or timeouts

Solution: Check if your firewall is scanning HTTPS traffic. Consider adding senflow.co.uk to bypass scanning for better performance.
